By allowing students to compile a virtual cork-board of websites, pictures, and videos, Pinterest is a type of social media application that provides an alternative environment for the expression and sharing of ideas.

General Critique
Within the application, there is a decided lack of textually labeled navigation. Most buttons are just pictures that then pop up instruction, which can get confusing at times. The ease of board creation, and pin creation within boards, however, makes this an app that students of all abilities would be able to use.
