Edmodo is a perfect app for fostering collaboration and communication because it provides an easy way for teachers and students to collaborate at anytime and anywhere is a safe and sterile environment. Teachers can use Edmodo for classroom discussions, posting assignments, gradebook tracking, and more. This supports this UDL guideline, because it encourages and supports opportunities for peer interactions between each other and the instructor. It also provides an interface that guides learners in how they can ask peers and/or teachers for help when needed.

General Critique:
This app supports an assessment-centered classroom because it encourages discussions and community throughout the learning experience. This app allows for interactions between teachers, students, administrators in all ways, and provides a safe and distraction free place to accomplish this task.
