UDL Guideline 9.2 - Facilitate personal coping skills and strategies
Breath2Relax is a great app for helping students develop a deep breathing technique that can be used as a personal coping strategy.  Scaffolds are provided within the app to help students as they progress, as well as a stress tracker for students to visualize how the strategy helps them.

General Critique
Icons and navigation are both simple and easy, which should increase efficiency and frequency of use.
