General Critique
For many emergent writers the act of getting the rough draft of a paper is the hardest part.  In a classroom that is using UDL to design instruction, it would seem important here to mention that Dragon Dictation is a great way to get the speech-to-text product and then use the Pro OfficeSuite to continue through the composition/construction process.
